How to Bridge and Integrate Carestack to CleverOne or EzDent-i
Please consult with your qualified IT consultant or CareStack Support to add/edit clinical tool to link to CleverOne or EzDent-i. The following is provided as a reference only and subject to change with out notice.Please contact CareStack Support for any support related needs.
Note: Vatech America service can not assist with linking the 3rd party software.
Configuration of CareStack Integration:
First, the Carstack Link must be installed in order to setup integrations.
- Click Clinical
- Click Imaging
- If the Carestack Link is not yet installed; you will get a pop up message to Download Carestack Link. It is advised to reach out to your IT or Carestack support for this section for any help.
If the Carestack Link is already installed, skip to Add Clinical Tool section.
Next, Configure Carstack Link imaging link to setup integrations.
- Once Care Link is installed and restarted; Click 'Clinical'
- Click 'Imaging'
- Click click the configure button under the Imaging.
- Under the Tool* Search for Ez Dent-i (Subject to change as Carestacks updates)
- At this point you will configure the Path* to point to the desired application to launch as outlined in the next section CleverOne* or EzDent-i
CleverOne Users:
As of 9/2025 Carestack can be bridged to CleverOne by editing the Tool in Carestack Ez Dent-i to the CleverOne file path.
- Access the Add Clinical Tool with in Carestack and locate the Tool 'Ez Dent-i'
- For the path, point to: C:\Program Files\VATECH\CleverOne\Bin\CleverOne.exe
- Please note the EzDent-i button will remain the same, under Clinical, then selecting Imaging.
EzDent-i Users:
- EZDent-i, 2.3.6 -or- Older version: Path to open with:C:\Program Files (x86)\VATECH\EzDent-i\Bin\VTEzDent-iLoader32.exe
- EZDent-i, 3.0.0 -or- Newer version: Path to open with:C:\Program Files (x86)\VATECH\EzDent-i\Bin\VTE2Loader32.exe
- Alternativly - VTEzBridge.exe can also be used for either version* however this is NOT common.
