IT Consultant & Dealers: Can Vatech Support help me with my IT related issues?

Vatech America REQUIRES that ONLY certified IT professionals setup, manage and monitor daily redundant backups; moves, merges or migrations/conversions for your software database.

A certified IT person is required to support all your IT needs for all your PC's - including the Capture PC provided by Vatech, Warranted by the respected manufacture support team, configuration changes, hardware changes, backups, upgrades and general maintenance. 

These topics might be but not limited to:

  • On-Demand Software installation including Vatech Software on workstations.
  • Firewall - rules, enabling/disabling other than for testing.
  • Antivirus - rules & exclusions, installation & uninstallation, recommendations.
  • UAC - Profile issues, UAC control, various topics related thereof including break-fix caused by such.
  • OS related tasks not directly associated by a Vatech product installation (Such as required patches) - all other OS related issues should be handled by Certified IT in conjunction with Microsoft Guide.
  • 3rd party installation & configurations including SDK and Twain.
  • Backups - Handling of backups or restoring from backups, creation or recommendations on what to use for backups.
  • Data Migrations & conversions.
  • Upgrades to the PC, hardware, hard drives, memory, Graphics cards
  • Hardware Troubleshooting of the actual PC* itself.
