Vatech America recommends that you consult with an IT professional to determine your exact needs, based on your system type as outlined below.
For all 3D units that were provided a Capture PC; when replacing the pc; - Vatech REQUIRES the referenced PC's below for replacement of all Pax-i3D Series or higher devices.The following PC's are the ONLY pc recommended for use wtih Vatech3D Machines as they have been extensively tested and verified to work for stability.
Please note these requirements are NOT presented as the exact pc specs provided at time of purchase. Some requirements such as Differnent RAM or GPU requirements might exist depending on your unit.
We recommend that your IT visit and locate the Pre-installation Report of your machine by device type by visiting our Pre-installation Report and locate the prodcut type of your machine to verify your specific machine PC specs.

Unsupported / Legacy Devices:
Please note that if your device is not listed as compatible device you will need to retain the current capture pc as it is and consult with your IT person about how to make the PC that is no longer supported.
End-Life Devices: Diagnostic services only
-Please be advised that Vatech is not responsible for any consequences resulted from the forcible upgrade of the Windows version of the PC linked to the product not supported or update failures as resulting in updating non-supported units.
-Vatech Recommends you have your certified IT professional retains the orginal hard drive intact -or- make a complete and full backup of the PC harddrive IN FULL before proceeding in the event of update failure.
As of October 14, 2025 \Microsoft EOL Notice announced that mainstream support has ended by which will make non supported devices no longer HIPAA / PIPEDA compliant for use. Please review the Compliance Guide for more details.
For devices not eligible for update please consult with your IT professional for any alternative Extended Support Options to confirm compliancy. Users / IT can locate the extended Windows 10 support by checking in Windows Update and checking 'Enroll in Extended Security Updates'.
