Note: If your Pax-i (PCH-2500) has an LVDS Card installed with Grabber cable. you will need Serial 9-Pin connection and Standard PCI slot* to communicate with the unit and is limited up to Winodws 10.
All others - Ethernet, Must confirm compatibilty for Windows 11* for any unit manufactured pre-2023.

For all other 3D units that were provided a Capture PC from Vatech REQUIRES the referenced PC for replacement of all Pax-i3D Series or higher devices. Please note that some requirements such as larger RAM or GPU might be required. We recommend that your IT visit and locate the Pre-installation Report of your machine by device type by visiting our Pre-installation Report FTP and locate the prodcut type of your machine to verify.
Dell 5860 Capture PC specs:
All 3D Units: Except Pax-i3D and Pax-i3D Smart (Black and White)

PCI Standard cards: AG3/5 & LVDS Based Anygrabber/V.Grabber1 cards not supported*

Please note that if your device is not listed as compatible device you will need to retain the current capture pc as it is and consult with your IT person about how to make the PC that is no longer supported - HIPAA Compliant as outlined in the Windows 10 Upgrade guide.
