EzSensor: How To Install EzSensor IOS or replacement sensor installation.

Pre-Installation Requirements

It is important to prevent under powering the sensor, or turning off USB device power that the following Power related options are turned off. 
Please follow the following guides to adjust device power management and Adjusting Power Plans.

One Click Quick Installation Guide:

Use the following videos for EZSensor's that use the One click installation wizard.

• Connect the USB that came with your EzSensor or Replacement Sensor
• Run the one click installation Setup wizard.
  
  Note: If updating from an older installer version user might be prompted to 'update' or uninstall the older version first. In this event you must run the installer a second time to update/install the new sensor. If this is not done no sensor will work in the operatory and will result in error message. 

• When installing the first sensor - Choose "One Click Intial Installation'.
• When installing additional sensors 2,3,4 etc.... Choose 'Additional Installation'
  
   

CleverOne Users: 

For Clever One users ONLY ; Once all EzSensors desired have been installed; download and update the EzSensor Version 6.21 Update 

Note: Do note use for EzDent-i Users. 

• Extract and run the Setup under EzSensor Installation Ver 6.21 folder as outlined in the installation video above. 
• Click Next all the way through the setup and the EzSensor will be updated for use with Clever One. 

EzSensor Twain & Compatibilty:


By Default, the autoadvance installs with the installer of the sensor; please note that not all IMS will require the Advanced - Autoadvance twain*


Updated Advanced - AutoAdvance Twain: Typically this is for Eaglesoft* and might be required for some others* please check the default Autoadvance twain installed before updating to the Advanced-AutoAdvance twain below.

• Extract the Sensor Twain for Auto Advance Zip 
• Run the RYInstall Batch file to Install EzSensor Twain
   

DLL Load error:

In the rare event you get a DLL load error follow the EzSensor DLL FAQ guide

 

IO Sensor Image Resolution Options (Optional)

EzDent-i offers advanced Sensor Image Resolution Options if the customer wishes to enable a higher resolution viewing rate. The default factory settings is 'Normal'
 

• Click the EzDet-i Menu, and Under Acquisition Tab Select 'Normal or High Resolution
