Please contact the  Authorized Dealer to schedual a technician. Vatech America does not schedual technicians or send technicians to sites on behalf of customers or schedual Vatech Support for call backs for future dates for end users.

Dealer Technicians and IT technicians

Technicians that will be onsite; can pre-schedual a service visit to have a Vatech Techncian assist by contacting Vatech Support directly either by email CS@vatechamerica.com or calling 1-888-396-6872 Opt. 2.

Please be sure to include either the Serial number or practice information ready when calling / emailing in for the fastest service.
Note: Schedualed calls with Vatech Support is a place holder and not a garunteed call back time in the event of higher than normal call volume*
