How to return defective sensor, product or part

If the unit  or parts are handled under 'in warranty' Vatech America Parts team will automatically send a return shipping label with the items shipped less they are consumable parts.

  • Put the return item carefully in the same packaging the new/replacement item arrived in.
  • Carefully pack the return item in the shipping box as it was shipped.
  • Place the return lable on the box once the box is securly tapped; ready for shipping.

If the unit  or parts are handled under 'out of warranty'; the user is responsible for shipping the return back to Vatech America. Please note that Vatech Service Team does not handle returns, you should contact your Authorized Dealer for further assistance.
