IT Consultant & Dealers: EzSeries: How to Refresh IP address / Connection for CleverOne and EzDent-i or Ez3D-i

In cases that the IP address changes; such as wireless netwokrs; changing domain or other IP address policy the IP address will need to be refreshed in EzServer Control pannel to update the updated IP address.

  • Before proceeding; ensure the IP address is statically set and excluded from the network for the PC/Server hosting the Ezserver. 
     
  • Search for ServerControlPanel.exe in the Windows search bar located in the taskbar at the bottom of the desktop. 


     
  • Double click the Server Control Panel icon  In the Windows system tray located in the bottom right corner of the desktop (If running) 


     
  • When the IP changes; normally there is an error message as shown

    1.) 'XXXXXXXX IP (Not Matched with XXXXXXXX IP) - 
    2.) Click 'Reload' Button 
    3.) Click 'Start' Button.
